My flight was cancelled a hour after check in. I’m grateful that God provided and I found a flight home with another airline at the LAST MINUTE.SW didn’t have rebooked flights until JAN 1-3. Praying for the thousands of people who are stranded until the new year
I also want to add. It was many SW employees on my AA flight. They were stranded with us
And remember that Congress funded the airlines to the tune of 54 Billion for Covid and the sucker passengers got vouchers NOT their money back.
How does the Southwest CEO still have a job?
How does the luggage get separated from the passengers?
Just to be honest if they’re in that big of a hurry to get back they should have never went in the first place.
Absolutely NO ONE will ever be spending their hard earned $$$$ and battle for cheap seats…
One notation about how this is affecting not only passengers/customers…..but the USPS too. I ordered an item online and usually have a tracking number and immediate response of the progress of my purchase…..guess what? I could see a delay in the progress of my package….the alerts are not timely…..so whatever is happening nationwide is also affecting the mail system.

Only someone stupid would try to fly during winter snow months. They should be grateful the airline in not trying to fly during a snow storm. People have lost their mind thinking you can travel in this type of weather.
